David Siesko, Esquire

David brings over twenty years of legal and insurance company expertise to Siesko Partners. He has contributed over 15 years of his career to the development of the customer services division at Zurich Financial Services. David first began working at Zurich in the Specialty Division as Counsel and then advanced to Director of Claims until capping his career as Executive Vice President- Chief Claims Officer for Zurich Global Corporate. David left an indelible mark at Zurich before parting with the company to start Siesko Partners.

Prior to Zurich, David worked on major claim and legal issues for the American International Group (AIG). Early in his legal career, David represented industrial clients on labor and environmental issues. In addition, David was associated with the London law firm, Lovells, during the early development of modern environmental law in the UK.

David is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania state bars and a graduate of the Temple University School of Law and the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Bradley Reynolds

Bradley Reynolds is a principal with Siesko Partners responsible for overseeing day to day business operations. Bradley works closely with team members to develop strategic marketing initiatives and is the key interface with clients and business partners on service issues. He has previously been associated with Isadora & Mizrahi, an international manufacturer’s representative firm, and has produced a variety of industry events at the Javits Center in New York City. In addition, he is a member of Actors’ Equity Association and earned his BFA from the University of Cincinnati – Conservatory of Music (CCM).

Neil Weiss, Esquire

Neil Weiss is an associate with Siesko Partners focused in the areas of insurance claims operations and litigation. Neil performs legal research and analysis in connection with major insurance coverage disputes. In addition, he applies his legal perspective to auditing claims files and drafting comprehensive reports. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication. He is admitted to the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey.

Scott J. Williams, Esquire

Scott Williams is an associate with Siesko Partners focused in the areas of insurance claims operations and litigation. Scott combines his business acumen and legal training to support the Siesko Partners team. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Delaware. He is admitted to the bars of the States of New York and New Jersey.

Andrew Scott

Andrew Scott is a research associate with Siesko Partners experienced in residential real estate issues. In addition to his research skills, Andrew possesses data management and mining expertise essential to the efficient production of detailed and user friendly reports. He received his Bachelor of the Arts degree from Seton Hall University.
